ad-aware just got a major upgrade and its free! also the old stanby spybot is one i use with it.you can and should use more than one spyware blocker as none of them will catch all spyware by themselves.to learn more about this and to get the free versions of them go to downloads.com they are run by cnet there you can learn a lot about computer things and they write so anyone can understand.
