Help.svc this process takes 50% of pc usage??

i have a problem this process help.svc auto matically comes on rarely and takes abt 50% of my pc space and doesnt stop at all.

this happens only rarely and after restarting it stops...

it cant be a spyware/virus cause i have zonlabs 6 installed and also avg free (but disabled) and updated...

I may sound CRAZY but this is a sure shot solution towards ur problem

SOLUTIONS

1.search for help.svc on ur computer using the search function in windows,then delete the file

2.run msconfig from the run menu in the START menu.then select services tab. then check hide all microsoft services

then see whether help.svc is there in the list if it is there uncheck it.or select startup tab uncheck help.svc if it is present there.

3.if all the above solutions don't work uninstall zonlabs 6 then scan ur computer with avg
