i use newzbin.com with NBZ-O-MATIC.

I get 400-600KBS+ and can download a full album in 2-4mins.

much better then limewire/frostwire and torrents....

Btw it uses usenet
iTunes. The songs are 99 cents, and there are a lot of songs. It is a free program, and runs on Windows and Mac.
