My husband and I have 2 separate accounts, on our home computer. I am the only one who uses our computer at home, and he uses his account at work! I always log into my account, and it comes up. When the page changes, it switches back to my husbands name and account, and I have to keep logging in again every couple of minutes. It's getting really annoying! It happens on Firefox and IE, but when I use Flock Browser, it doesn't do that! It stays on my account. I am checking the stay logged in for 2 weeks box, and it doesn't help! Why is it doing that? What can I do, so that I stay logged in to my account, and so that it doesn't automatically switch over to my husbands account, whenever the page changes to another site? I have run all of the scans, AVG Free Edition, Ad Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, and Super Anti Spyware, and everything is coming up clean! I hope this isn't too confusing, but it's the only way I could word it! Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Frusterating isn't it? easy answer though when you setup the other account your husbands pc is setup as administrator so if you scatch your nose he has to give you permission first that is your problem. I take it you have dialup service cause when i had dialup when someone across town was trying to get on line i would get kicked off line. Sound familiar recommendation get a different server then he is adminfor his server and u are admin for your server two different accounts on one pc but they will not overwrite one another. May i recommend dsl broadband it is a little bit more expensive but it is well worth the mucho denaro that means you are online twenty-four seven your downloads are faster and when you are ready to use your pc it is saying lets go. Plus you can e-mail hubby to tell him to stop for a gallon of milk while you are listening to some groovy tunes on your multimedia device. Let me explain it this way from a geeks perspective if i had to go back to dialup i would get rid of my pc. Hope i was helpful and returned marital bliss back to your happy home and remember don't let your pc throw ya and don't you throw your pc and may the force be with you.

open firefox and select tools, options, show cookies, remove all cookies.
Try to log in again and see if it stays logged in.
