You don't need *spyware*, that's what you have...what you do need is ANTI-spyware.
Download, update and run Superantispyware and A-Squared Free:

Edit: Hijackthis as advised in the previous post should only be used with experienced advice. Blindly removing things with HJT can seriously do more harm than good.

Adaware by a company called Lavasoft, its free and works perfectly, also use AVG anti-virus as its free and very good.

use adaware by lavasoft. use spybot. use hijackthis. all of thos should be good.
