How can I get rid of a Trojun Horse on my computer?

I found out I had a trojun horse when all off the sudden a window popped up and I tried to close it and 20 others opened up and I tried to get rid them so I ran my Antivirus and it came up clean then I ran my spyware and it found it but I only have the free one and it says I have to buy a whole version to eleminate it, Is there a way to get rid of it with out buying a whole version (Free way) my computer won't be the same till it's gone.

If you have Firefox, use it for TrendMicro Housecall on Java, and keep IE closed.
Go to Bestbuy or Target store to buy anti-trojan horse disk to clean all that virus.
