TROJAN! Please help!?

Hi, two days ago i stupidly downloaded an .exe, and im 100% now that it was a trojan.

Every 5 minutes Internet Explorer windows pop up with download sites(most likely additional spyware/trojan downloads)

i Scanned with spybot, and AVG free and found "Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic4.ZQI" and about 12 other trojans/trojan droppers or downloaders. These have only been here since i ran those .exe files. Whatever i do, i just cant seem to get rid of it. Heres a Hijackthis log. Thanks!

Now firefox windows are opening wanting me to DL a program called SafeFix or somthing? forgot what its called.. It says somthing like" Clean your registry now Errors detected!," Of course i just exited out.. But this is starting to get annoying. Thanks

Simple. While running Windows XP or Vista, turn off your computer and leave it alone for about a minute. Turn it back on WHILE tapping the F8 key several times, and if you have done it correctly, you will see a boot menu, giving you several options to boot into. Select Safe Mode and press enter. Then after that is done scan with AVG free and also spybot. you'll find that you can now delete ANYTHING that is wrong with your system. Good Luck!
