I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search %26 Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

Spybot is great to protect and clean your registry of known threats.

Ad-aware scans files for threats and helps to delete them.

This double whammy will help keep you safe and running faster
