How can i remove malware without buying a program.?

i have run spyware doctor , and adaware and avast and avg they all are free versions and say i have about 350 items . can any one help me clean these out without having to buy a program? i am a framing carpenter so i hope it is not to involved but if it is so be it . thank you in advance .

One way is booting in safe mode with network. To get in safe mode tap F8 when booting you computer. Go to Start 鈥?Run - type 鈥渋explore http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html 鈥?(with out 鈥? 鈥?Enter (ok)

Do a full system scan. If something is found, delete it, reboot and do the same again.

When that scan does not find anything you reboot again in safe mode with network.

Go to Start 鈥?Run 鈥?type 鈥渋explore http://www.ewido.com/en/ 鈥?(with out 鈥? 鈥?Enter (ok) Do a full scan. If you find something, delete it, reboot and do the same again.

When no one of these scanners is showing anything your computer is clean and you can reboot back to normal mode.

*Note: Do not surf the net or open any programs during this two scans. This because you can start spyware/adware/viruses manually.

Download a antivirus program. If you don鈥檛 have it that is.

There are more free antivirus programs out there. What鈥檚 the best of them I don鈥檛 know, but Avast and AVG are good. I use Norton Internet Security.
