Trojan horse virus?

i've downloaded limewire and veoh and now my computer has trojan viruses and rogue viruses on my computer. how do i remove these viruses off my computer. i have spyware and anti virus software on my computer and its from computer associates. everytime i scan either anti virus or spyware, it doesn't pick up anything. then i downloaded free version of spy sweeper and it detected 90 infections but i need to purchas the software in order to remove it. some one whose is computer savvy please help. i'm in safemode now... help please.
